FWD 2.0, looking to push the rears out a little to match the fronts. Looks like 3/4" give or take to my eye. Any of you find any quality hub-centric spacers? Did you have to replace or cut the studs?
Also, is the track actually more narrow in the rear, or is the body line simply tighter in the front?

Thanks in advance....

The front track (63.4") is wider than the rear track (62.8") by 0.6in (15.24mm)

@Tug Toy did it via 15mm spacer like you are asking about:
https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/rear-wheel-spacers.29493/

I did it by using a staggered offset of 15mm on my wheels.

this link took me to a 2" spacer which is nearly 51mm. probably need more like 1/2" 12mm if your only goal is equalizing front and rear?
Ordering them tonight. Thanks for the link.

^^ how do you plan to attach spacers that are thinner than ~1.5"?

well John, personally, I would put antiseize on the studs and install the factory lug nuts to see how many threads engage.

if it's insufficient for a 5-15 mm spacer, then your options are open-ended lug nuts which are functional but might be ugly, or longer studs.

My question was rhetorical, I know wheel spacers and run the highest quality, made in USA, lifetime warranty Boras on my Raptor and tractors...

A 1/2" straight-through spacer will not work, there won't be enough stud thread engagement.

A spacer with holes for the OEM studs and additional studs (shown in post #2) will need to be 1.25-1.5" deep, otherwise the factory studs will prevent the wheel from fully seating even though most Ford factory wheels have small pockets in the back.

Cutting the studs is a mess, if they are cut they will likely come out sharp and ugly and lack the factory taper on the end to allow for easy, accurate nut starting promoting cross threading, especially if someone at a 'shop' touches them.

If someone does cut them, they are then locked into those spacers and can't go back.

Older wheel studs could be driven out, and new studs pressed in. Many more modern vehicles are different, and if a stud needs to be replaced, and entire hub assembly needs to be replaced..

Just my first hand experience running them on multiple vehicles..
