  1. Constant high pitched sound....

That’s initially what I though, but why would that continue to run several minutes after the truck is shut off?
  2. Constant high pitched sound....

It’s somewhere in the dash. The truck is a 2.0 XLT. The tone never changes in pitch, or volume, less twice when it was far louder, though even then it held the same pitch and volume for the duration of the drives…
  3. Constant high pitched sound....

Just the phone in the USB....
  4. Constant high pitched sound....

What electronic components stay on for a while after the truck is shut off? If I knew that much, I could eliminate a lot of things...
  5. Constant high pitched sound....

For months my wife has complained of a non-stop high pitched sound inside my truck, much like a dog whistle. I've never heard it until one day a month ago, and it was incredibly annoying. While she seems to hear it every time she's with me, it was only yesterday that I heard it again, for the...
  6. It's Lowered...But... issues with Eibach lowering springs

I installed the springs myself, so there's no money involved in me putting the updated springs on. That said, I'm guessing I'll need to have it aligned again, so there's $120 I'll have to eat for their mistake...
  7. It's Lowered...But... issues with Eibach lowering springs

Looking forward to a solution. I'm having the same issues, and it makes a really cool new truck sound like junk....
  8. Sub Box idea...

It's all square, but fits snuggly in the irregular shape without issue.
  9. Wheel Spacer help...

Thanks for the input. I had little luck searching....
  10. Wheel Spacer help...

FWD 2.0, looking to push the rears out a little to match the fronts. Looks like 3/4" give or take to my eye. Any of you find any quality hub-centric spacers? Did you have to replace or cut the studs? Also, is the track actually more narrow in the rear, or is the body line simply tighter in the...
  11. Sub Box idea...

Yes, HydroTurf. Looks good, easy to work with, acts as a speaker gasket, and cuts out some vibes....
  12. Sub Box idea...

Never. Just bought a Maverick, and like everything else, I enjoy modifying things. There will be plenty of motorcycles in the back of the truck.....
  13. Sub Box idea...

This is far from ground breaking, but I haven't seen it done, and thought I'd toss it out for others brainstorming. To maximize air space, and eliminate the possibility of subs getting into the seat bottom, I center loaded my 8's.... Box size per side is 14.5" x 9" x 9".
  14. Totally transformed rear soundstage w/ Kicker aftermarket stereo install

Here's the link, only listed by demand. I listed them as a favor, and in no way expect to generate big revenue from this. If an admin wants to edit or delete, I totally understand.... https://mnnthbx.com/product/ford-maverick-rear-speaker-mounts/
