You should get a vanity plate... "HIYOSLVR" if you can, if only seven, then "SLVRBLT"I thought briefly about Ike as a nickname for my ordered Iconic Silver Lariat Hybrid, glad someone else is using it!

or Angie (Baby)HPR is shipped. I'll call her Helen. (Reddy)
you should name it Schrodinger since you do not know if your Mav is dead or aliveQuoting Wikipedia:
Waiting for Godot is a play by Samuel Beckett in which two characters, Vladimir and Estragon, engage in a variety of discussions and encounters while awaiting the titular Godot, who never arrives.
Sadly, it sounds like life here at MTC.
Oh, for a second I thought you might be an Orwell fan.I named mine Winston. Just a random name no reason behind it lol
Really not sure why it took to page 8 to find a "Brother Brett" and "Brother Bart" reference here. I am still going through these but still have not seen a "Lt. Pete". Considering the success of the movie, I am a little surprised.Mine is named Bret. But Bart was a close 2nd choice. Beau would be acceptable maybe if you live in Canada. Brent, however, is right out! (“Like Pappy always said…”)
Love a good Quantum Theory Reference.you should name it Schrodinger since you do not know if your Mav is dead or aliveuntil you check.
I like the idea of HIYOSLVR, but won't have a personalized plate, because I like being inconspicuous + I pay additional registration fees as it is having a hybrid vehicle. You should get a vanity plate... "HIYOSLVR" if you can, if only seven, then "SLVRBLT"
New name.... Dirty SanchezA friend suggested I name my hybrid Sparky.
My friend was sincerely trying to be helpful and I didn't have the heart to tell her it's a f*****g truck, not a kid or even a dog and it's not going to get a name. It'll be lucky to get washed.
I've got a Bronco Sport in Cyber Orange that is named Ducky.Little Tonka

I love this thread you started! My dad used to call me Ruby when I was young because it’s my birthstone. So Ruby it is for my 23’ Hot Pepper Red xlt when SHE arrivesHello everyone out there in Maverick land. A most important subject we all need to discuss now. The naming of our Mavericks. To start this out, I will proceed to provide the name of my new Maverick, once “He” arrives. First you will notice I referred to my new maverick as “He”. This is the first step in the naming process, determining if the Maverick will be a “He” or “She”. I have decided my new maverick will be a “He” and “His” name will be “MAX”. Now the story why I have made this decision. The first of the year, my wife and I purchased a new Toyota Venza, Ruby Red in color. Now since my wife will be the primary driver of this beauty, and the color is ruby red, it just seemed to fit calling the car “Ruby”. Ruby is a pretty car. Ruby just doesn’t go well as a He, so it only makes sense to call our Venza, She. So we call our Venza “Ruby” because she is pretty and red in color. She is an awesome car. Hybrid by the way. Now the reason why I’m naming my Maverick “MAX” is because he is just a little guy. A want-a-be manly truck. Just a play with words here. So my little Maverick is going to be “MAX”. Build his self esteem. Besides, Ruby needs a boyfriend and Max needs a girlfriend. Weird you are probably thinking to yourself at this time. Awe yes I must agree with you on that. All in good fun. The naming of your transportation is all in fun. Sounds better saying, ”Max” and I are going to the store vs. I’m taking the pickup to the store. So I would be interested in what everyone will be naming there Mavericks. I’m sure there will be many out there who will think I’m a nut case and don’t name their vehicles. That’s fine, you don’t need to respond to this. It will be interesting to hear some of the names you guys come up with. Big Red, Little Joe, Sweety Pie . . . Oh the possibilities are endless. Let’s hear the names you guys are coming up with. Hope to hear back.
