What's going on with the FordPass App?

Mine (Android) says Temporarily Unavailable under Vehicle Health. If you click on Vehicle Health, Active Alerts shows Temporarily Unavailable, but that is the only section that doesn't work. Tire pressures, oil life, locks, remote start, etc. work.

You are correct! I misinterpreted the message since it was at the top of the window. Thanks.

Same issue with mine. Version 5.7 and under Active Alerts it has said "Temporarily Unavailable" for a number of days.

After getting the works done on my MAV, I had help from one of their IP , kinda guys help me totally reset my Ford Pass. I hope it keeps working. 1st time I’ve had trouble with it since I installed it back in Nov. 2021.
I was at Bill Knight Ford, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I have an EB.

Going to the app's App Info; Force Stop and clear the App Data. App Data may have gotten corrupted in an app update.

You may have to re-enter your credentials when starting the app again.

That's who did my mobile recalls. Great service, not so much on the deep sleep issue though. They tested my battery and told me it was good but couldn't tell me why it was going to deep sleep all the time.

I've had the same problem for a couple of weeks now. Tire pressure, fuel level, lock/unlock, and remote start are working.
