What's a good sub $200 bidirectional OBD tool?

Before anyone says "forscan" I have that - I need one for other brands. There is so much crap on amazon I can't make sense of it all. I'd like one with as many functions as possible, but I am just a weekender kind of wrencher and don't want to spend a ton of money on something that will only be used occasionally.

Anyone with any experience here?

I bought a Panlong OBDIIadaptor on Amazon (twice) for less than $15. It works just fine with Jscan (to change my 2015 Jeep's settings); to clear the incessant o2 sensor CEL on my 2003 S-10; and most recently. On edit: You are on your own if you have some Apple product.

I use this everyday across a lot of brands and it works great. I also use forscan lite with it.

I have simple code readers and bluetooth dongles for apps. I want a dedicated wired scanner with the ability to reset things like TPMS.

This was the one I was looking at but the reviews are mixed. Any brands to stay away from?
