Why is there no fuel door button under it?

You got the answer already (bed light) but I just wanted to share what my kid said when he saw that button – "cool! I didn't know your truck had a jelly fish launcher!"

Can someone tell me what the switch on the s left does? Can’t find it in the manual.
That turns on the rear facing T-shirt cannons attached to your third brake light that shoots T-shirts to the crowd

no, that one is cleverly disguised as an incomprehensible slot by the gear selector.
That slot holds a buisness card pretty well, but thats about it. Any ideas what it actually is for or why its even there?

Also - I searched for "slot by the gear selector" and found this post before I asked the question in a new post. I'm sure that makes somebodys day. haha :fistbump:

To hold cards, parking slips, etc. My Kia had the slot, but it was on the dash. I find it useful.

A ford engineer was annoyed by the low volume one day on his favorite forum

"Hey!" he thought. "If I add a slot here, think of the traffic it will cause!"

You got your correct answer twice. Now time for the wise**s answers. Jellyfish launcher is good.

Wow, a lot of people with "Free Time" here...
Go take your Mavericks for a spin... 🤪

on a more serious note, has anyone tied their under-tonneau LED strips to the cargo light circuit so one could technically light up the cargo bed via that button?

im conflicted if i want it tied to that circuit or be independent via the 12v system already provided within the bed itself

System might think there is an issue if it overdraws what is expected and turn it off.
