Those run off of the 12V battery.

No Orange HV cables go to those.

Does the Maverick hybried ICE have an accessible front damper bolt?
This engine does not have a fan belt.

That's a Mav hybrid engine in the picture it's on ebay, the ad says it has 10K miles but it looks new!

You are right! I'm probably cluttering up the forum with futile speculation - I just thought it was interesting to think about.
While I'm wasting everybody's time - a little somewhat relevant story:
A looooong time ago when I was an apprentice I'd complain that I couldn't do something and the 'old' guy i worked with, who had been in the North African Campaign in WWll, would say 'If you were stuck in the desert son you would find a way to do it'. Years later I'm dirt biking in the California desert and my El Camino won't start so I'm laying underneath it jamming a screwdriver across the starter terminals and thinking 'I'm stuck in the desert and figuring a way just like the old guy said'.

The damper bolt is accessible by removing the ECVT

The damper is on the 'front' of the engine where the FEAD would be if it had one, you may be thinking of the damper clutch thingy that couples to the eCVT.
