Went old school…. Maverick build on chrome wheels

Sometimes I miss the old whitewalls. But, looking back, they really WERE stupid. Like the vinyl top. Good looking truck, BTW.

Where did you get the chrome wheels from? or did you take the wheels to get chromed?

I remember my 1996 Nissan P/U with the value truck package. The VTP gave you chrome mirrors, chrome bumpers, big ugly sticker, and alloy wheels. I really wanted some nice chrome wheels to match the bumpers.

Maverick looks good is so many ways.

Where did you get the chrome wheels from? or did you take the wheels to get chromed?

Detroit Wheel, they are 2019 19 inch Ford Escape Wheels that I ordered in Chrome. They fit perfectly…. 235/65/19 tires.

I have had a driver's license for 65+ years. The first 50 years of my life the only thing that had black wheels was manure spreaders. That's what I still think when I see black wheels.
