MY’24 bought at MSRP came with 3 yrs 36k service plan, our dealer changes it every 5k that the plan allows. Works out to be every 6 months. They come to the house and also do other scheduled service items. Yes it is excessive, but will have to decide once free service ends.

Yep diesel is over $7/ gal just about all pumps in Northern Ca. Still amazed at 40+ mpg hybrid XL 2 1/2 years in and 23k miles lifetime mpg. Used as a real ruck and road trip vehicle.

Thanks for this. I did not hit the “Price Protection” point firm enough. I completed the deal, but it left a bad feeling with me towards the dealer. In future I will ask at time of order if the dealer will honor price protection should it come to these crazy wait times again.

Our Hybrid XL was built 2/29 and has been in transit since then to Sacramento CA area. Update: Ford website shows it arrived at dealer on 3/13. May be parts issue for the higher trim package options. Keep the faith it will be sorted soon.
