yesterday when I pulled out of the driveway, and got out to close my gate, I noticed water dripping under the rear of the truck, thought it was from the bed, but that was dry, so got down on my hands and knees and it was dripping off the bottom of the muffler??? I have the XL Hybrid, and the truck had sat for 2 days and was only started for a quick minute to show a friend how quiet it runs. anyone else notice this issue, taking back to dealer today to point it out.= Not coming out of tail pipe, but bottom center of muffler

Yes, normal operation, especially on modern vehicles with catalytic converters. The muffler has a small hole purposely there to prevent moisture from accumulating in it.

But I don't think Lois is a dude....

I’m sorry, but how does a person not know about condensation coming from exhaust?
I can think of a number of valid reasons. Perhaps it's their first vehicle? Perhaps they've never looked before, but they are being extra vigilant because it's their first new vehicle?

Fair enough and also something I thought about as well, but then I remembered I learned about condensation back in elementary school

I did as well, having grown up in a cold climate where this seems especially common. But I don't assume that everyone else has had the same experiences that I have. For that matter, someone growing up today may have only driven an EV, which doesn't have an exhaust system.
