4 months of ownership and not one scratch from being used from everything from forest trails to off road parks to even the aforementioned hauling of plastic totes in the bed even without the moving blanket I have on hand being put into the bed

I mean there can be more than one upgraded drive ratio for a rear diff, the tremor just happens to be more geared towards off road rather than hauling…. Definitely would not try to haul the 4k that the 4k package is rated for with the tremor though

One thing I have noticed on top of some of the other improvements since installing this update is that the sound quality out of the stock speakers has improved pretty significantly compared to when I first got my maverick which was on the 1.9 software

Had the software update since then as well, definitely not new although I’m hoping they still are working on weeding out the rest of the infotainment system bugs in the next update

I’ve watched all his videos on the maverick as well, and while he does an ok job on reviewing it, I’ve found myself in situations where he freaked out over a rock on the trail that he thought was going to ding the bottom of his maverick and I’ve gone over rocks the same size or slightly bigger...

And that’s where the difference between the modes that regular AWD has access to and the fx4 has access to come into play….. crawled over plenty of logs and rocks (within reason) in my fx4 and all I had to do was switch over to sand mode which directs the computer to bias the power to the rear...

Also agree, with more being seen around town where I live now, I get a chance to look at my maverick from a different perspective when I’m out and about and while I know a minority of people for some reason think it’s an “ugly truck”, I have personally found it to be visually appealing...
