I have a 2024 XL Hybrid I got in February 2023. It's an excellent vehicle and has 10,791.1 miles with a 0 trouble history. I have used a local dealer for 1 recall and the first maintenence. It's mobile, use the same technician who told me these Mavericks are NEVER in the shop unless they have been in an accident. I believe it. I usually keep a vehicle 10 years. I'll probably drive 12000 miles a year.
1.
Does anybody have input for a warranty, length of time and mileage?
2. I can't see down in front of my vehicle, does the Ford front camera allow you to see a curb you are trying to get close to (as the rear camera does)?
3. Idk what the current market is for a 2025 XL Hybrid, I paid $27,000.00 with co pilot and hitch. Does anybody know what a 2025 would run and what I could expect $$ Om trade?
4. Also need a reco on a soft roll up tonneau cover, do any lock? Brand and cost?
Everybody has been very helpful here!! Thank you and Merry Christmas

About #2.
Your Maverick has a front camera?
My 2024 Lariat does not, so I attached a short fiberglass rod to the front license frame - just tall enough that I can see the top of it from the driver's seat. Now I can tell where the very front is and not run into parking lot poles and stuff.

All Maverick trims have a front camera, in the cab just above the rear view mirror, it's use for the emergency autonomous braking system, and on XL and XLT with 360 package it is used for the lane keeping assist system.

To answer the OP's question for #2, you cannot use the front camera for user related functions unfortunately.

David,
How important is a front camera to you?? There maybe options. Like a rearview plate frame mounted camera and mount it in the front.
That should be low enough to show where the curbs are.

I’ll start with the only part I know about.
You can go to the Ford website and build a 25 xl. There you will find the exact price based on what you want.
The rest, I can’t answer.

The new 360 surround view & AWD on the Hybrid are tempting, but can't mentally justify the additional cost to upgrade to the 25.

There's an old school trick for pulling to a curb, which most have forgotten or never learned. Watch the driver's side mirror, then the curb (or parking stop) appears below your mirror stop. The front bumper should be just in front of the curb

That's one of my only real grips with the trucklet I do wish they had the option to put the same camera in the back also in the front so you can get up close and personal WITHOUT kissing the curb 😆

Question 4

WHY would you want to lock a soft roll up? A knife and what ever is inside is gone. Get a hard cover if you want stuff in bed that has ANY value.

I remember that old school trick. The problem nowadays is a lot of parking lots use one car stop for two parking spots. You see it only half the time.
