Anybody else having trouble with the Ford order tracking link ? I've had no luck for a few days , entered the Order number and VIN like always , but it goes back to the same blank fill in page.

It just worked for me. Just enter your order number and VIN if it doesn't populate the fields.

Wasn't working last me for my specific vehicle but it was working for others. That was last week. This week it fired up no problem.

My experience with it was very unpredictable. Some days it would work, sometimes it wouldn’t for days. I couldnt figure out any pattern to it, tried multiple devices, networks, VPN, clearing browser cache, sacrificed a guinea pig. Who knows the mysteries of Ford?

Yes it's working. But it still doesn't say it's on its way.

Looking at my order, my delivery went fr June to nonexistent. They removed it entirely. Anyone see the same?

Just looked this morning in the delivery date line is gone. Has been 3/14 for a few weeks, but is gone now. Bar graph shows shipped but no delivery is shown.

Same exact thing for me. My estimated delivery date had been 3/24. Since it's happening to several of us, I suspect it's just a bug

Same for me. Glad to see this post. Mine had a delivery date of 3/14. I was given a window of 3/7 - 3/14 from the dealer. When I got on now and saw it was gone I was like uh oh, that's either really good (it arrived) or really bad (it's delayed).

But perhaps it's just something in the middle, gathering from all these responses, Ford removed the delivery date line.

Yes, mine went from 3/11 to blank. My dealer said my truck is built but on chip hold, sitting at the factory.

I'm in the same boat. They said June which matches up with the tracker. I told them I'd wait for 23 model if it's a June pickup. It'll have been a year of waiting at that point. I'll just order differently now that I know better.

That can happen sometimes when you're under surveillance and they tap your internet access. You might want to look outside for anything unusual or out of place...could be nothing.

Great news! My truck has arrived at the rail yard in San Antonio. My dealer thinks delivery the end of this week or early next week. It has been a long six months of waiting. . . very excited.
