Since Saturday 10/23 my vehicle that has shown an in production date of 10/22 and a delivery date of 11/29 has stopped showing. When I try to look it up using the Ford website it just refreshes and needs me to input my Vin and order number again. If I look up another truck it works. If I use the Maverick truck club link it gives the info. Anyone else having this trouble?

Yep. The tracking site is unreliable. I'm just hoping that they have different developers for the software that runs the Maverick's electronics.

It just gets weird during the production time - depending on your exact build the production process can take upwards of a week, during which it just isn't going to tell you anything useful.

My actual build date was 9/13, but it didn't update to a built status until 9/19, and didn't get marked as in transit for a few days after that. Granger provided me a more specific status on 9/18 which was returned from body plant or something like that. In other words if you have something like an FX4 with skid plates, or are getting the spray in liner, these actions go elsewhere during the production process to be completed. Its not just in one end out the other on the same day.

My problem is it seems to be just my truck. I checked the 5 others coming to my dealer and the all show up.

That's not the problem. My Window sticker first appeared 10/13 . It showed actually in production on 10/22. I know there is a lag. I can see it pulled of the line because the modules are active. Trying to figure out why I can't see it in ford tracking anymore.

Mine has worked without issue until today.

Mine was built on 10/14, shipped on 10/15. Not that anything on the tracker really matters now because the final step for me is delivery, still seems odd that it does not work at all now when it worked just fine yesterday.
Thanks

Just got through to Ford Marketing on this issue. The woman who helped was very nice. She seemed a little unsure as to why it would be doing this but said she's noticed that the website has been glitchy a bit today as she's received several calls about it. She did mention it's possible they pushed back my 11/22 build date (at which point I died a little inside) but that the VIN number was a very good sign that it's happening soon......so, take what you want from this I guess.

I get it's going to take a long time to get our trucks but to have a build date pulled without letting us know (if that's the case) would really feel like a shot to the cojones of my fragile supply of hope right now. Makes it very difficult to trust any sort of confirmation.
