I have 2025 Mav Lariet, also a 2026 F-450 chassis 7.3V8 gas engine on a Motorhome chassis. It's plugged into shore power in pole barn. Roughly 18 days since last start Ford Pass App indicates sleep mode, and the engine battery is fully charged. So Ford sleep mode includes Time as well as 12V SOC in it's sleep algorithm, at least in my Motorhome powered Ford.
14 days non-start on the Mav at least, probably the same on the others.
Disables modem for that Deep Sleep Mode.

Sleep Mode (the time after up to 75 min for everything else to sleep) is supposed to micro-drain 25-50 mA max, with that 25 mA difference probably being the modem used to ping hourly to keep the data connection active for remote access.
So it's not really much of a savings - but at that point they have no idea how long it's not going to be started.
25 mA max on a 45 Ah battery (or whatever is left after 2 weeks) - should go awhile.
But that also disables a process that has been known to go off the rails and drain much higher/longer - so that's good.

Battery saver mode for effect on lights off sooner, seems to be about 12.1 V, shorter time as you go lower voltage.

Also DSM engaged if voltage drops below 9.5 V, or SOC% below 50% according to SSM's, but I think that has been updated as I got down to 40% with no DSM. And that SOC% is Ford's scale, not normal table for batteries.

Why does my Ford vehicle enter Deep Sleep mode?
Deep Sleep mode is designed to conserve your vehicle's battery power. This setting is activated when your vehicle falls under the following conditions:
  • Vehicle inactivity for 14 consecutive days
  • The battery voltage drops below 9.5 volts
  • Extremely cold/hot weather conditions
Turning Off Deep Sleep Mode
To turn off Deep Sleep Mode, manually start your vehicle using the push-button start or your key. It may take 20-30 seconds for your modem to reconnect with the Ford app.

My 2026 E-450 Ford will exit sleep mode by simply turning key on for 20 or do seconds, no engine start required. The Mav probably requires engine start.

Gee this hits home for me. I have a two hour per day commute, I'm on vacation through the 28th and my Maverick went into that battery saver mode as soon as the temperature went below freezing. I have an appt Friday to have the 12v battery tested and hopefully replaced. I have a solar charger that I will connect to the battery when the truck sits. I'll see if that works. If not, I have a little Harbor Freight battery maintainer but I don't wish to be tethered to a cord.

The solar panel idea sounds cool, but the main thing is that it needs to provide enough power. If your battery is already on its way out, it’s better to replace it that way, you won’t have to hunt someone down for a jump-start after a long flight. When I’m sitting at the airport, feeling anxious about the car I left behind, I just distract myself by playing games on my phone. For instance, I often look for a fresh daily no deposit bonus on https://casinoanalyser.com/no-deposit-bonuses ; it’s a nice, risk-free way to boost my mood and kill some time before boarding. I hope your car starts up without any issues after your vacation!
Have you considered just disconnecting the battery terminal for the week, or would that completely wipe all the computer settings?

You might be able to put it back into Transport mode with Forscan
That's a mode Ford uses for long term storage that keeps energy consumption a bare minimum

I recently had mine parked for 10 days while on vacation. All I did was put it in park and left the key on my desk. 10 days later it started up without any issues. Both batteries had acceptable charges. Drove to work and an hour later, I was ready for another vacation.
Vacations are the meaning of life. We dream of them, we plan them, we think about upcoming trips when work gets tough. We hold them dear in our memories. We show pictures of them to folks who may not even be interested!! We breathe a sigh of relief, when we finally arrive at our destination, as the packing and transport can be very stressful too. So yeah, just the vacation itself is the only time we can just decompress and feel like the world has finally stopped rotating every six hours! The time in between vacations is just carnage along the roadside known as Rat Race Boulevard!!😎
