I have 2025 Mav Lariet, also a 2026 F-450 chassis 7.3V8 gas engine on a Motorhome chassis. It's plugged into shore power in pole barn. Roughly 18 days since last start Ford Pass App indicates sleep mode, and the engine battery is fully charged. So Ford sleep mode includes Time as well as 12V SOC in it's sleep algorithm, at least in my Motorhome powered Ford.
14 days non-start on the Mav at least, probably the same on the others.
Disables modem for that Deep Sleep Mode.

Sleep Mode (the time after up to 75 min for everything else to sleep) is supposed to micro-drain 25-50 mA max, with that 25 mA difference probably being the modem used to ping hourly to keep the data connection active for remote access.
So it's not really much of a savings - but at that point they have no idea how long it's not going to be started.
25 mA max on a 45 Ah battery (or whatever is left after 2 weeks) - should go awhile.
But that also disables a process that has been known to go off the rails and drain much higher/longer - so that's good.

Battery saver mode for effect on lights off sooner, seems to be about 12.1 V, shorter time as you go lower voltage.

Also DSM engaged if voltage drops below 9.5 V, or SOC% below 50% according to SSM's, but I think that has been updated as I got down to 40% with no DSM. And that SOC% is Ford's scale, not normal table for batteries.

Why does my Ford vehicle enter Deep Sleep mode?
Deep Sleep mode is designed to conserve your vehicle's battery power. This setting is activated when your vehicle falls under the following conditions:
  • Vehicle inactivity for 14 consecutive days
  • The battery voltage drops below 9.5 volts
  • Extremely cold/hot weather conditions
Turning Off Deep Sleep Mode
To turn off Deep Sleep Mode, manually start your vehicle using the push-button start or your key. It may take 20-30 seconds for your modem to reconnect with the Ford app.

My 2026 E-450 Ford will exit sleep mode by simply turning key on for 20 or do seconds, no engine start required. The Mav probably requires engine start.
