Using Blind Spot Mirrors w/ BLIS?

In addition to BLIS, I would also like to add after-market (or Ford OEM) convex blind spot mirrors to my 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid AWD. I’ve always used them and it’s a habit I wish to continue, if possible. So, my questions for Y’all (yes, Texas) are . .

1) will it interfere with BLIS in any way, as long as I don’t cover the BLIS indicator light
2) do you have suggestions for Brand and Model that work well on our side-view mirror?
3) do you have suggestions on where to affix it on our mirrors?

The 2025s have built in blind spot mirrors, they work really well. This is an XLT with the Lux package, not sure if it is a trim option or not.

I just now found the previous older post on the same subject. I did search first before posting, but did not find it for some reason. Most of my questions have now been answered, but would still love any suggestions from those who have added them or are considering it. Thanks, Y’all!

Amazon is your best bet as there are a ton of different shapes and sizes. Placement varies, however it's obvious not to put them at the outer top corner with BLIS. For me, I choose the lower outer corner for the driver and lower inner corner for the passenger. I like to be able to see at a glance how close my wheels are from curbs and what not..

Yes, I have the 4" frog eye (stick-on) added to the outer lower corner of each mirror. WAY better than the garbage OEM style, and no issues with BLIS. Best $5 you will ever spend.

I have a 24 Lariat Hybrid with BLIS and added the small circular spot mirrors in the lower outside corner and has not affected the BLIS system at all. Hope this helps.

If you want to get really fancy in theory you could order the non-CP360 mirrors with the integrated mirrors and remove a circle of the silvering on the backside to mount the BLIS LEDs.

Yes. If you buy some, make sure they are made of glass, not plastic. The plastic ones will fade in the sun. Amazon, eBay, Walmart have them online, and if they are glass, it will be noted in the description.
