tufskinz tailgate letter inserts on today. Ford of Londonderry put them on and couldn't have been easier. had to pickup black lugs from Parts and they put these on while I was there. They had me in and out before I could turn on my laptop in the lounge. I like how they look. The raised lettering gives some dimension to it. Starting to "feel" like mine :)

I like that black on red.
I'm trying to decide on something for my Blue.

I'm leaning Raised black or chrome. Looking at some options from Etsy. But I saw the Tufskinz from Ford Accessories as well.

The black does look good with the blacked out Ford logo.

That's one of the first things I did to mine. Easy peasy to do.

I have the same ones (Tufskinz) on mine in Carbonized Gray. They're probably one of the most expensive options in tailgate letters, but are made to last.

I did the same thing. Looked at Etsy, etc and they were probably fine but decided to go thru Ford. They’re well made and look like they’ll hold up

I'm curious if anyone with an Eruption Green Mav has added the Carbonized Grey letters? I thought it may look good, especially on an XLT as I feel like it would match the wheels.

The reason I did it was to carry over the metallic gray grille bar color on the '22-24 XLT to the rear of the vehicle, but I suppose that doesn't apply to the '25. Mine is an XLT, but I have black wheels since it's an FX4.

Thanks. I agree with you that the carbonized gray letters should look really good an XLT with the default carbonized gray wheels regardless of body paint color. Well, with the exception of carbonized gray body paint...

I was actually considering VBlue letters on my VBlue. haha Super subtle, but a bit more embossed looking text? probably silly.

No, not necessarily... It might be enough just to set it off visually and have some uniqueness. It's hard for me to visualize what that would look like though without a side-by-side comparison with and without the letters. Care to be the quinea pig? ;)

It seems like someone on here did that once upon a time... Maybe I can find it with a search.

I'd like to see it, but I think I'm set on the forged carbon option. I have some concerns about color matching paint and plastics/vinyls. Especially if exposed to sun and fade may be involved. Maybe its non-issue with these colors/materials, but I've seen some color matching gone wrong before.
