Tracker status went backwards ?

I normally check the tracker every morning. I was in "built" status as of Nov 9th and awaiting update to "shipped". I just checked a few minutes ago and the tracker went backwards to the "Order Confirmed" green dot. But my current dates are still the same? I'm a retired IT guy. My company wouldn't allow this stuff to go live to the public. WTH?

Mine did the same, don't worry about it. My order still changed to "Shipped" when they shipped it. It means absolutely nothing.

Tracker website needs to come of a shaker of salt. If your modules popped, it is built and just waiting on a train.

I assumed it wasn't a big deal, just a computer programming bug that got thru. Glad (sarcastically) that others have seen the same thing.

Good to know. Saw that I have modules but tracker still showing “In Production “ with no window sticker available to view yet.

I'm getting the 45 day emails so I expect my order is in the system somewhere.

Your window sticker is probably available just not through the Ford Tracker's Link

That is correct, you won't see anything until it's scheduled and you get your VIN.

Mine said the same thing over the weekend but reset on Monday. It’s all good!

All is good with the tracker. After 2 days of going backwards from "Built" to "Order Confirmed", it now shows "Shipped". Hope it gets here in a few weeks.

Mine did the exact same thing. Must be a common glitch?

Otherwise my order has been going suspiciously smooth enough that I'm convinced it'll somehow fall off the train or a meteor will hit it in the dealers lot as soon as they call me to come pick it up.

My luck couldn't be different this time. No way!

Well.... I thought things were good on the tracker, But Nooooo.
After going backwards from Built to Order Confirmed, then corrected to Shipped, I now have:

Estimated Delivery 12/29/1989 - 01/11/1990
Last Updated 11/23/2023

I saw on some other posts where the Tracker has shown the same dates and some jokes about getting Doc Brown and his DeLorean to go back in time to pickup my Maverick or wondering if the warranty will still be in effect.

To all; Don't take the Tracker too seriously. In the past, I've called and chatted with Ford and also talked to my dealer to get accurate information.
It seems that when the status of my vehicle is changing, the tracker gets confused.
Also, trying to get a Window Sticker by clicking the link on the tracker never works. Always use the other link. (See comment #7 above)

All this tracking does not speed up your order. It's just a waste of time!

I mostly agree, but its not a total waste of time. After waiting 420+ days since ordering, It gives me something (sometimes positive) to do along with reading posts on this forum.
