Tonneau hard rollup box cover leaking slightly by the tailgate

There's a handful of companies that sell tailgate weather seal with double-sided tape on it that works really well. I've used it on at least five trucks I've owned with tonneau covers and it always help keep water intrusion to a bare minimum if any.

It was factory installed by our Ford Dealer. The service manager told me they all leak slightly.

Yes, they gave me the same lecture...but I was just really asking them to adjust it to make the rubber seal hit the tailgate all the way across. It was installed slightly crooked.
