I have the OEM Ford soft tri-fold on my Maverick. It has small holes developing at two of the hinge points. I'm thinking about replacing it with this hard tri-fold. It's cheap and gets good reviews:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D1XJ2DP1

They also have a soft tri-fold version if that's what you'd prefer.

Look on Amazon for the Chinese tri-folds that sit on top of the rails. You will need to seal the welds at each corner of the bed bulkhead and the Ford designed funnels on the bed rail caps. I ended up with w Rough Country low profile tri-fold flip up. A cheapo Amazon would have worked just as well or better.

Check out Gator soft trifold - very affordable. It will buffer a little but as I mentioned in another thread I’ve had mine a few years now keeps my bed completely dry.

FWIW i have a Gator roll-up. It's very affordable and secure. It rolls all the way to the end of the bed for more access unlike a tri-fold. one can't drive more than a low speed with any part of a tonneau partly open so i don't see the advantage other than a slightly "cleaner" look (less sag).
the only thing i don't like is the rail for the velcro that occludes into the bed space.

just take your time and check Facebook Marketplace etc. There are always some used ones for sale. I am looking for one right now as well. It took me like 5 months to find my rims/tires for my XL but was well worth the wait.

I am very happy with this one I bought on Amazon:
Hard Folding Truck Bed Tonneau Cover|CFHT-037|Fits 2022-2026 Ford Maverick 4' 6" Bed (54.4")

It's easy to install. It's easy to remove. It's secure and it keeps the bed dry (I live win Western WA, so we see lots of wet).

I have this one. I believe that it is the best bang for the $. It has led lights in the rear panel and there are no side rails to deal with. Also it can be completely removed in less than a minute.

Thanks! That price is what I’m wanting.

Thanks. I can’t see neither the make, or where you bought it.

I have a 2025 Maverick Lariat the same color as yours. I bought the soft top roll up bed cover from Rough Country. Cost was $219.95 plus tax, free shipping. It was an easy install and it looks great on the truck. It doesn't leak either. I didn't need a hard cover. They are too expensive and I don't carry anything in my bed that I worry about someone stealing. It rolls up easily out of the way so you can use the full bed. It doesn't flap and make noise when driving a t highway speeds. I think you would be very happy with it.

I have had them all over the last 30 years, my first Mav XLT Lux I got the Ford trifold soft cover because it was one of the few choices back in early 22 unless you spend 1100 bucks, I got it for 400 and change it was ok hard to clean, on my new lariat I searched Amazon for hours, wanted a hard cover and didn't want to spend more than 500, I finally picked one 430 bucks all the covers looked the same and were hard trifold covers made in China am sure , took 30 min install. Why get a soft cover when you can get a hard cover few bucks more and will last forever that you can stand on..
