I installed the Oedro fold up soft cover on mine till I get a hard fold up cover. I know you are looking at roll up covers but the price of $162 for the fold up was hard to beat.
Where did you get it for that price? It's $210 on Amazon right now.

I am always leaning towards the cheaper options. haha

Had this budget soft roll up for a couple weeks. Has been working great.

Thanks for the video. Do you still like it? This one is cheap enough that if I hate it I'll get something else and I'm not out too much.

Question about the hard tri-fold covers: When the cover is folded up it still covers the very front third of the bed in every picture I've seen. If I want the whole bed to be open must I remove the cover entirely and how hard is that to do? I'm leaning toward a soft roll-up cover for this reason.

Yes, you need to remove the clamps for the last 1/3, which essentially removes the whole cover.
I agree, about the soft roll-up opening the whole bed is nice. Both have pros and cons.

If you want full access to the bed the soft roll ups are the only option. Another pro they are the cheapest option.

I ended up getting the TonnoPro LoRoll (RealTruck gives discount to forum members). Very happy w/ purchase, low profile, doesn't leak, and cheap!

Looks great! I have this on my shortlist. How much discount does real truck give? Just wondering if this worth it over these no-name Amazon/eBay options at ~$160.

Tip Top trifold off Amazon for a buck 69. Hard to imagine a better tonneau for less. Very nice material, average hardware. For the bucks, unbeatable.

If memory serves me, I think it worked out to be 10%.

I bought this one in the soft roll-up, and I have the hardest time closing the very end and getting it to latch. I've already moved the locking sliders forward. It seems to be that the side latches aren't coming down and grabbing. Any pointers or did you have this issue? I've literally got to put all my weight on one corner to get it latched.

I did not have that issue. Once I got it adjusted by backing it off a number of turns it latches easily.. It is not as user friendly as the Extang for sure but works OK.

I curious if the roll up uses the same latching config as the tri fold. If you can post a pic it might help.
