Not really a recommendation just a personal comment on Tonneau covers. I have a Weather Tech cover that works very well, IF in the cold weather i can open the tailgate. It is often frozen shut, i dont really need to get in very often but its a pain if i wanted to. My biggest complaint is shoveling it off after a snow storm. We have gotten a lot of snow this winter and with my old F150's that didnt have covers i just let it pile up in the bed for traction but its the law here in CT that you have to clear it off after every storm which then dumps a lot of snow on to the driveway that now needs to be removed so thats shoveling it 2x. My shoulders are killing me after snow storm after snow storm including a 19in dump a week or so ago with 2 smaller storms since then. Just a personal issue on my part not a real knock of covers in general. I have to say my Hybrid front wheel drive has been very good in the snow and icy roads.I would like some feedback on what Tonneau cover to choose.
Brand recommendations, Role-up vs. Trifold vs. Retractable, soft vs hard etc.
Thanks.
I really like the cover. I just got a 2026 Ford Maverick Lariat and was thinking about buying this cover. Any concerns I should be aware of? Thank you!Roll up hard tonneau cover from Rough Country. It looks great, easy to install and it was affordable.

You will need to make sure you add weatherstripping at the front in each corner. It will leak there. You can see it from inside the truck bed. That’s the only issue for me.I really like the cover.
