I just picked up the hard roll up cover from Rough Country. Currently at 799 not cheap but less then 1200-1300 from real trucks or from Ford.

I believe it's new as is my truck. I plan to do a review when I get it installed which hopefully is tmw.

There are a lot of threads on the forum re: tonneau covers. I bought a tri-fold hard cover in January 2025 and am pretty happy with it. The brand is XTWEEX on Amazon, currently about $396. It's strong enough to support me standing on it and hasn't leaked into the bed. I believe it helps with gas mileage, although no data to support this idea. Anyway, the manufacturer model/number is XTW-213H-2769. No idea how long it will last, but seems to be fine 11 mos in use. I even had a problem with the finish/shine in a few small spots which was likely due to my hitting it with Colonite 845 wax and a buffer and not really a product issue. The vendor offered a discount or replacement. I took the replacement but haven't even installed it yet. Anyway, it's been a good, affordable, tri-fold hard cover for me.

There have been a few road tests on the ytube that tonneau covers increased MPG about 5%, they drove with it and without the same distance checking MPG at the pump not from the cluster. you could likely achieve same results driving with tailgate down that's where the drag is.
I seen your cover after I bought mine, it looked like the same cover I have branded differently I paid 430, its built solid and have been stranding on it to get to roof, no problems.
I have no leaking even in car wash, I did seam seal the seams on the vehicle where the 2 trim parts meet very neatly looks factory and 2 seams on back of bed before installing cover which took 20/30 min. mine is 8 months old still nice and shiny and watertight.
You don't have to spend 1100 bucks to get a good cover, it was delivered overnight with amazon prime.

I just installed rough country's new hard roll up cover.

So far I really like it.

What made me purchase this one vs anyone else was price. 799 vs 1200+

About six weeks ago I bought a 2025 Lariat. I absolutely love it, couldn’t be more pleased with it. I would like to get a tonneau cover. I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. Any suggestions? BYW, I want a fold up.

I have had a Rough Country tri fold for three years. This is how it looks after three Canadian winters. There are minor ripples on all the corners and the main panels when it's cold but it has been awesome. No water in the bed after washing, or during a storm, mine completely seals around the top of the box and is easy to remove and install.
Have been very happy with it.

Since getting a cover I have concluded that the extra weight may actually decrease mileage around town. On an extended road trip mileage doe increase somewhat.

I have a leer that I bought on sale

Link: https://amzn.to/48Gbilg

I did get a worksport AL4 for my work truck ('25 Ram 2500) and like it a lot better, and for the same price not on sale (~$1100), I would definitely get the AL4, no brainer.

I got the LEER for $650 at the time, and I do like that it's a quad fold instead of the trifold. It was way more finicky to get aligned.

The worksport has a ton of adjustment, and the panels are solid aluminum.

edit- both leak a similar amount going through a robo-carwash - which is to say... a lot.
