From what I read, the fact that a bed extender will work with the Sentry CT and it is quick release is why I decided on this model.Based on what I’ve seen other post, the Truxedo Sentry CT (and probably non-CT).

There is no cover that automatically comes with a bike rack on it, unfortunately. There are covers like the Retrax XR models and the Roll-N-Lock XT models that do have a preinstalled t-slot system that allows the addition of a t-slot compatible bike rack. There is also a product made by TruXedo called the Elevate TS rails that works with many flush mount covers wether they are soft roll-ups, hard roll-ups, or hard folding that would allow you to add a compatible t-slot rack system. I don't believe at this moment there are any companies that currently make a bike rack that solely works in conjunction with a tonneau cover without any other accessories needed.Sorry didnt read all eight pages . . . . Is there a cover with a bike mount rack attachment as shown in Ford Pictures ? If you have one or if Ford offers it ? Thanks
The only covers that dont require you to open the tailgate will be certain retractable covers like Retrax and Roll-N-Lock that have an external locking mechanism. We also had an update within the last year that allows your tailgate to be open and closed with the cover closedThanks @Realtruck for contributing to the forum:
What are the cover choices which don't require opening the gate, or resetting the cover when using the gate?
So for covers that don't have this feature, did the tailgate AND cover both need to be opened and closed each time the truck bed was accessed? We also had an update within the last year that allows your tailgate to be open and closed with the cover closed
I have the BAK X4S. You can open and close the tailgate without touching the cover. So for covers that don't have this feature, did the tailgate AND cover both need to be opened and closed each time the truck bed was accessed?
@Mabcim is correct, any cover that doesn't have an external lock like the Roll-N-Locks, Retrax, and certain Pace Edward covers will require the tailgate to be opened to open the cover. The cover's security comes from being able to lock your tailgate. If not basically anyone would be able to open your cover at their pleasing. Yes, there could be a way to possibly lock and unlock a hard cover from the outside and be able to open it that way but it would be almost impossible to do on a soft type cover. Plus the cost would go up even further with features like that added in. We try to keep it as simple as possibleSo for covers that don't have this feature, did the tailgate AND cover both needs to be opened and closed each time the truck bed was accessed?
