Specifics:
Truck: MY24 Lariat Hybrid with Ford factory SIBL
Cover: UnderCover Ultra Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover - UX22032
Purchased from: TruckBedSupplies.com
Cost: $1,049.99 (Tax Free to Texas and Free Shipping by FedEx)
Delivery: Ordered Thursday night and delivered Tuesday afternoon. (FedEx guy even dropped it off in my open truck bed, no lifting on my part involved.
)
Installation Video: How to Install RealTruck UnderCover Ultra Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover on a 2024 Ford F-150 Only thing in the box was a darn QR code for instructions. Installation was pretty much per the video except I could not get the clamp to work in the upper notch (start at 4:00 in the video to see), worked fine in the lower notch. My thinking on this is that on a F150 the bed lip is deeper.
Deviations on my Part: Did not use the provided front seal material as I found it wanting. I used a Ribbed Foam Rubber Seal with Tape from Amazon. Based on other tonneau installation guides found on MTC, I also used some moldable silicone putty to fill in some Maverick specific leak points before starting. Links to these are below:

Amazon.com: Tintvent Ribbed Foam Rubber Seal with Tape, Self-Adhesive EPDM Foam Rubber Weather Stripping for Boat, Auto, RV, Marine, Garage Doors/Window and More, Black(26Feet) : Industrial & Scientific
900 Moldable Silicone Putty - Black: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
The hardest part for me was installing the front bed top seal. Darn hard to put on in a straight line. But I knew it was a good install, as with any project if you have parts left over you did a good job (had six black cork strips that were never mentioned in the video.)
A note on the Ford bed rail system. The cover and clamps did not interfere with the Ford cleats. I did need to lower the two retractable ratchets I had mounted on the rail system.
There was some leakage at the front and at the tailgate area. Will need to work on remediating that if and when I decide to care about it. I purchased the tonneau cover primarily for security (I needed a secure TRUNK for road trips.)
Their Supplies, my supplies and comparison of their provided seal and the one I used
Yes, I removed any excess putty after the installation was complete.
