Those are torn belts showing on the outside. You've been driving over curbs or really big potholes or something. Your driving is not an issue that could be covered under warranty.
Those are 100% NOT torn belts. And even if they were that would be considered an impact break and the vast majority of time that is from impacting something and not a manufacturing defect. So not covered.

I beg to differ. My wife's Honda has Michelin's - zero dents and my Miata has Bridgestone's - zero dents. The Maverick with Continental's is batting 1000. All four have multiple dents each.
His statement does not imply that every tire you will ever encounter will look like this.

The comments above are correct BUT if you see a bulging rather than indentation take it to a tire dealer for an evaluation NOT the car dealer. It is more likely a delamination of the sidewall belts and that can be dangerous. I’ve seen it happen on track days and the safety tech inspectors will not allow you to leave the paddock to go on the track with the car.
Under the scenario you are describing they should still be evaluated by the dealer, as if it is a tire manufacturing defect the tire can be replaced. Though that kind of failure is also typically an impact break and not warrantable
