Napa has one on their website for $230 called the Trident FastFold Tonneau Cover 69319. Anyone think this one is worth a buy?

Seems to be a good buy for the money is one of the cheaper options.

You get what you pay for! If you don't open often, then probably work. Be aware of the noise when at speed - this baby is going to flop a lot.

Believe this type of style does not open up to give full access to the complete length of the bed, it straps down when open in the two-thirds folded position but the final third is fixed and does not flip up. Something to keep in mind.

Yea I watched a video of it on a Chevy and it does do what you said. I'm thinking the soft rollup would be my preferred.

My son bought the Gator tonneau and it is pretty nice for the money (about $300 shipped). When my Maverick comes in sometime in April I will probably buy one of these from NAPA if available. If I get one I will post how it is.

All the power to you. They have a video on youtube showing you that brand and model on a Chevy I would watch first before making your decision.

I put on this cover for my trip from NEPA to Florida . It is made by Extang and comes with a lifetime warrantee. We spent a lot of time at 80mph and the only problem was that the vinyl sucked up. We also went through a car wash and nothing got wet. If it keeps up these qualities it seems like a good deal, Ed

My advise would be to use ford points to buy the Ford branded Truxedo soft roll up. It’s like 95% water tight if installed right and it’ll be cheaper than most if you save up some points.

That is my exact plan as of now.

Beware that it doesn’t come with instructions at all, so you’ll have to YouTube a video or two. It’s simple, but pay attention to the bulkhead area. And mine was missing the foam pads that make it weatherproof and snap in properly. Ford had to order them from Truxedo and it took a full day to explain what I actually needed, and another week for them to be “next-day” shipped to me.

Appreciate the tips. I will tag this in my notes.
