Okay, he's just an asshole. No reason to even give you a second glance.Tell that to the sheriff that popped me for going 56 in a 55. Only had the truck for 2 months and I already got in trouble lol
That seems like a lot of information that doesn't do much to add to your driving experience. I can select a lot of that on my Mustang and you know how often I look at it?Just think we could have DIGITAL temps of ice coolant, hybrid battery coolant entering battery and leaving battery all of temp sensors in transaxle, how about a display showing % of charge/discharge rate of hv battery currently available compared to amount possible at optimum battery temperature?
If it's NOT there one cannot EVER look at it. Would greatly enhance my driving experience if I could see that my drive motor armature temp is elevated today and by how much instead of waiting in suspense for "take to dealer" message, etc. Besides I waited months for who knows how many chips and would like to get something from themOkay, he's just an asshole. Almost never.![]()

Ditto, there's a guy that already put a full digital Ford Escape cluster in his Mav already, could be a cool future upgrade. Think they were just working on figuring out the fuel tank showing half full. That's one thing I like about the Kia Sportage, even the most barebones base model still gets a digital cluster with just numbers which has been my preference even going back to an old Impala SS where you could hit cruise control just perfect and have a big green 69 in the middle of the dash.I never use the analog speedometer. I wish it was a full digital display and I could put different data in its space.
Any judge will throw that out. What were you doing to piss him off though, lol!? In the Vette I gave a rather spirited right on red launch (saw the SUV in the distance but it had stealth markings and lights doh) to about 15mph over with expired registration sticker and no front plate, and just ended up getting a warning. Just gotta fake being remorseful, respect their authority, and be nice and most will just let you be on your way.Tell that to the sheriff that popped me for going 56 in a 55. It's the second, unfortunately, I am used to not getting all that I would like. How many years now have error codes been in the computer and had to wait for a trip to dealer or somewhere to find out what it is about. They are tracking variable times to change ice oil but NADA on transmission oil! Why not? There are more variables in uses that could lead to changes required from 25k miles to 75k miles. What about flat towing at 80+mph in July-Aug? So anyway I'll let this rest as most are not interested.Okay, there are two possibilities.
You're either trolling us all.
Or you want WAY more information than the rest of us do.
If it's the first one, nicely done, sir.
If it's the second, I just don't know what to tell you.
Don't you have a digital readout that gives the numbers? Look though your dash screens and you will find it.Picked up my Velocity Blue Hybrid today. So far it’s all I hoped for. Found a strange omission by Ford… there are no hash marks at the 5 mph increments on the speedometer; only 10, 20, 30 etc., no marks at 15, 25, 35 etc. Where we live there are lots of 35, 45, 55, 65 speed limits. Too late for me but Ford should make a running change and add some hash marks!
I know about it. I just prefer analog. And I want to see a different screen.Don't you have a digital readout that gives the numbers? Look though your dash screens and you will find it.
I understand. I like an analog watch myself so I can understand but Ford isn't the first one to leave off the 5 mph tick on the speedo. I have had GM's and Dodge's that had the same issue. The ones that gripe me the most are the speedos that are in 2 mph increments. Maybe that's what I like about the digital read out, exact as far as the vehicle knows. Guess some of the designers don't care what people like just how it looks, the aesthetics.I know about it. I just prefer analog. And I want to see a different screen.
I mean who has time to glance at a "monologue" speedometer dial to see how fast your going. I'm waiting on a digital gauge tachometer and speedometer with readings down to one tenth. I can see a future Roush Maverick with display with dual digital gauges.Yeah. I've only had my truck a couple days, but I don't even look at the traditional speedo gauge
I actually just rented an XLT last night and that was the first thing I noticed, its very bare-bones. Its not hard to find the 5mph but they could've at least added the marks if not the numbers.I know about it. I just prefer analog. And I want to see a different screen.
