It's unfortunate to hear from people who ordered so early in June and July of last year still waiting on their Mavericks. I feel like everyone that ordered in the first couple of months should've had theirs by now. The selective production system that Ford has is totally unfair, but I guess it goes according to availability of parts. Thankfully, I was fortunate to order in September, have it go into production in January, shipped February, and delivered in mid-March. Only a six month wait which isn't bad considering the circumstances we're in. If only it could be that way for everyone else. I am very sorry for anyone who ordered so early and are still waiting, highly discouraged and probably want to get something else at this point.
mama always told me LIFE is unfair. Maintaining that perspective keeps me sane with all that is going on in daily life. More people should try it instead of getting sucked into false narratives about "equity", "equality", "fairness", etc. that only keep people believing they are permanent victims and always getting shafted compared to other people they are pitted against in the lottery of life.

I think about my January order almost every day and I must say hope feels foolish at this point.

If Ford would ever just say how many orders there are and how many remain unscheduled, my guess is all of us still waiting would 🤮!

Bottom line: my truck ain't coming. Yours probably isn't either. At least not anytime soon.
I have chosen to simply ignore the day to day trials and tribulations of waiting for my truck to get built and delivered. Until Ford puts out the official notice of who gets rolled over to MY2023 late July or early August- everything else is just premature ejacul speculation at this point and serves no useful purpose. It is SUMMER- get out and have fun!

I definitely have a confirmed order and my dealer has acutely been pretty good about answering my questions. Unfortunately thy don't have much to offer.

I check with Ford chat each week. As of today I'm still in "Order Processing" which basically means waiting to be assigned a VIN and scheduled.
actually in my experience, "order processing" is a catch all status after your order is confirmed internally with proper ROVP. It is likely still at whatever priority was assigned by your dealer at time of order. The next step is "unscheduled clean" and Priority can be changed by regional team- and this status allows your order to previewed for scheduling. You won't get a VIN or scheduled before this.

My order was Dec 15 and I was priority 19 from dealer and confirmed properly submitted with CSR giving me "order processing" when I would call 1x per month. Then early April it changed to "unscheduled clean" and my priority set to 2 by regional team. Supposedly only waiting for allocations with 1 in front of me at dealer. The 1 ahead of me went into production a couple weeks ago.

Maybe check your priority level and see where it stands if you haven't already before deciding they aren't building your truck?

Lots of guessing going on here. I'd say they probably have cleared out more orders than people think. It's been a slow rollout but wasn't that known going in? I highly doubt there will be huge numbers or rollover orders. I think they learned their lesson with the Bronco and that's why they cut off orders so early, especially for the Hybrid.

Ordered 7/7/21, got VIN number and scheduled for Week of 7/4/22, then changed 3 or more times to what is now week of 8/22/22. Will be over 14 months if not pushed back again... Fun fun

You only ordered in January?!? You have 4-5 months before anyone will take your complaining serious. I feel like 11 months is a best case for most people. Keep waiting or buy something else. You're not in any worse situation than anyone else on this forum.

I look at it as an opportunity to rethink my '22 order. If I get pushed to '23, I might consider making a few changes, and perhaps some of the bugs will be worked out.

I started out as Priority 19. About a month ago, I was moved to Priority 10 as a result of a request I made to my dealer, who agreed to make the change for me. I confirmed with Ford Chat that I am at a 10. Probably doesn't make much difference, but I'm hoping that maybe it'll give my order a slight edge over others if/when the time comes to schedule more trucks with my build specs...

I agree, would like to drop the lux package but can’t being a priority 2. Can probably make changes when pushed to a 23

Didn't read through this long thread. this is to the OP. Jan order expect 8 months so September for you. I plan on ordering Aug 15th 12:01 am go to dealer next day finalize actual order and wait till May. If its longer than 8 months then I would be kinda teed off. Anyone expecting faster results seems foolish to me.

I remember several weeks ago there were reports regional teams were moving as many people as they could to Priority 2 to give them a chance of being scheduled. I could be totally wrong on this, and it probably isn't what you hoped to hear, but I don't think you can get scheduled at Priority 10 and with "order processing" status. Tim B gives out lots of good info on this stuff and it may be covered in 1 of his YT videos linked here on MTC. And you could tag him on 1 of your posts in this thread and see if he has any thoughts on your situation.

I hope I'm wrong on reading your situation and all of us unscheduled people actually get scheduled soon, and we should know end of July or early August.

Good Luck 🍀

Ordered Dec. 29, so of course we haven't heard anything. XLT, EB, AWD, full size spare, drop in bed liner, floor liner with carpeted mats only options. At this point, it might be preferable to get rolled to 2023 model if some of the glitches are fixed in the new model year. But with two concerns...the old truck is living on borrowed time, and we agreed on MSRP as the price. If we get rolled, does the dealer honor the price we agreed on, or at least the 2023 MSRP?

No one likes waiting. I placed a 1k deposit on 7/30/21. Order confirmed 8/4/21 Production date 5/24/22 they tell me now it should arrive 7-11/22-7/17/22 Hybrid Lariat. Back in 2005 I bought a dealerships allocation for 1K towards a 2007 GT500 Shelby. I'm use to waiting.
