With x plan I’m at 39.5k for my Azure Gray Lariat, 4k tow, moonroof, plus other options. Granted mine is a 2.0 but I feel like I’m getting a lot more for an additional 3K.
I just love it when people pat themselves on the back for paying $40k for a $20k truck.

It's still cheap as hell build quality at any trim.

Such a tired worn out point that carries no weight.

What is "cheap as hell build quality" ? My particular Maverick was assembled very well, probably better overall F&F than some vehicles costing thousands more.

I mostly dislike the cheap plastics that scrape super easy. Everything else I really enjoy.

Exactly. The Maverick interior is rubbish compared to the contrast stitched, full leather interior that comes in the Colorado and the Tacoma. 🙄

Those are $40k vehicles though. I don't mind bare bones interior in fact I like it. I just don't like how easy it is to damage.

Andre is the man and he’s actually very knowledgeable on the trucks. Nathan also fairly well versed and so is Tommy. Roman is not but I think he kind of has had his fill of the channel.

I like it because it feels like the every man reviewing the trucks. Andre bought a trail boss and forgot to add cruise control and they panned him on it for a year.

They put out a decent bit of content and that probably hides when they do a true test of the vehicle.

They have taken a fwd hybrid off road and loaded to full payload and they have also towed 4K up Ike’s torture test which Ike’s Gaunlet is some of the best content on YouTube for trucks if you ask me.
I agree. I love all their content. TFL Truck, Car and EV. I believe Roman is just writing the checks and letting Andre and the kids do all of the heavy lifting now. I like that they have brought in the ladies for an indepth right brain point of view.

It's not supposed to compete with the interior of those trucks.

People: The F150 is too big and cost too much. Bring back the Ranger. Bring back the Ranger.
Ford: Here you go, the Australian Ranger.
The People: The Ranger cost too much.
Ford: Here you go, the Escape with a bed; meet Maverick XL, XLT, and Lariat
The People: The interior is cheap and plastic. It's scratchy. Blah blah blah
Ford: Good grief.

They have plans on doing a mini Ike.
Come again?

I'm not sure if that's a typo, but I have never heard of a "mini Ike" and can't guess as to what you were trying to say.

No typo. That is what Roman said at either the end of the video with Tommy or the video when he and Andre traded the 1934 Ford Model A for the Maverick.

A gently used 40k Ridgeline vs a new 40k Maverick. If you ever driven a Ridgeline, it's a night and day difference.

Maverick is not a 40k truck (just my opinion).
