I agree. Maverick letters in Black for the white truck. My truck is Desert Sand so the white would stand out more and be a little Suttle, I Haven't purchased the letters yet so I will have to think about it. Anybody have a Desert Sand with white letters in the Maverick?

The black letters look great, but are too shouty for me. I like the white, and have been thinking of doing mine in a contrasting blue that is a shade lighter or darker than the Velocity blue. That white Ford oval really works on your truck!

Ya. IMHO you need some color or shade of the same color for contrast.

Otherwise, you're just adding paint protector to a very small section of your truck.

Burnt orange would look good against desert sand.

I'll have to take some pics but I have a carbon grey metallic and I did carbon fibre raised letters, so they're close but still are noticeable and I think they look good

I put black Tuffskinz letters on a couple years ago.
After seeing a few people put matching body color letters on their tails I wished I had done that instead.

So, I changed them. I like the look, it’s more subtle and, I think, a bit more upscale.

Flat light today, not the best for pictures.

You can’t even tell they did anything, just a waste of money to me.

Not a fan of the colored letters on the tailgate, I wish it didn't have the name stamped in it at all.

With that said the matching color looks better than black on your white truck.

I put black letters on my black truck I didn't want them to stand out to much but want to see Maverick, goes well with black package
