Hi My name is Bill, because I earned a "nick name" when I worked I will use DollarBill. I filled up about 3 weeks ago and am only getting 16.3 mpg. Anyone else having such a Issue?

gas eco boost, very little warmup as I live in the desert SW, Idle only at stop light , only towed empty flat trailer twice, everything else is stock XL, only use Chevron gas. oil changed at Jiffy lube only. and I just refilled this morning reset now shows only 13.3 mpgPeople need a lot more information than that you take a guess at what the problem is. Gas or Hybrid? How much warmup and idling do you do? How much are you hauling? Are you showing any fault codes? Are your brakes seized? Did you switch to higher-drag tires or jack it up to make the aerodynamics even worse? Did you switch to a substandard gas brand or have the wrong oil put in? If none of those apply, then take it to the dealer to figure out.
Next step - jack up each wheel and check for a stuck brake. Also, are you leaking fuel? A couple of people have reported that their fuel lines were not connected properly. With that low mileage I would have thought that the cat converter would be overheating and throwing a code. It may be time for a dealer visit to check for the oxygen sensors going full rich all the time, although that would also be throwing a code. Weird. Hey there. I'd like to take a closer look into your MPG concerns. To get things started, can you please send over a private message with your VIN and estimated mileage?Hi My name is Bill, because I earned a "nick name" when I worked I will use DollarBill. Since you are in Yuma AZ, daily temps 100 F++ with a 2.0 EB, that mpg doesn't seem out of line.Hi My name is Bill, because I earned a "nick name" when I worked I will use DollarBill. I filled up about 3 weeks ago and am only getting 16.3 mpg. Anyone else having such a Issue?

mainly just get in and go. most trips are around 2 to 5 miles. ill check tire pressure but sensors don't show low pressureSince you are in Yuma AZ, daily temps 100 F++ with a 2.0 EB, that mpg doesn't seem out of line.
Do you pre-cool and idle, and do errands, short runs? The FWD EB is rated 23 mpg city. Subtract for A/C full time, and driving/idling you are about what would be expected. Other than checking your tire pressure and setting it to 35psi and driving with a light foot, not much you can do.
Something is wrong with your truck bill. I get over 30 miles to the gallon with my EcoBoost. I'd be taking it into the dealer.Hi My name is Bill, because I earned a "nick name" when I worked I will use DollarBill. I filled up about 3 weeks ago and am only getting 16.3 mpg. It's the heat.mainly just get in and go. most trips are around 2 to 5 miles. ill check tire pressure but sensors don't show low pressure
Yeah same here. I’m in Tucson and fill up about once a month. My May milage hit 48 mpg and my June mileage was 39 mpg. It's the heat.
Use air conditioning much?
At 100 degrees my hybrid is down 25%.
