A couple of points...
It is flagged as shipped when a railcar is assigned and it is sent to the yard, not when it is actually loaded on and heading out. This matters because it can sit at the shipping yard for weeks. You also have the potential for it to sit at the other end of shipping as well.

After sitting for so long; for battery health, putting it on a battery maintainer the first night you have it may help, and it certainly won't hurt. Reset the BMS the next morning.
Mine took over a month from "shipped" to dealer delivery. Sat in the KCMO rail yard for 3 weeks.

I'd contact the dealer and see if they can get better information. I never even had the online notification option - never got the Ford email, but my dealer had good information for most of its journey from manufacture to delivery. Except at the end where they had some sort of mishap with the software and had the wrong delivery and location information. 3 days later, it was delivered to the dealer.
