As a kid I was fortunate enough to have an encyclopedia set. If I had a question about something out of the realm of my parent's knowledge, I checked the encyclopedia.
If the encyclopedia didn't have the answer, I pedalled down to the library and, once I figured out card catalogs, the Dewey Decimal System and microfiche, I did pretty well for my young self.
Perhaps that's how I learned to answer most of my own questions. Perhaps that's why I see the Internet as such an information gold mine, though AI seems to be another step in the enshittification of the overall Internet function.
Be curious. Use search engines to ask questions. If you aren't good at it, learn how. Download manuals, as electronic ones are way easier to search than paper ones. But also get a paper one, because where your truck breaks down will surely not be on the cellular coverage map.
If you find yourself getting worked up to the point of writing a rage post, simply close the browser tab, open a new one, go to PornHub, and go to town on yourself. Clearly you need some "me time", and you might find that the urge to post so vigorously has left your body and is now in the wastebasket.
Peace.
