I have had issues with my 2024 Maverick AWD Lariat Eco-boost going into sleep mode. I purchased a trickle charger and just charged it and then reset the warning. Finally, I went to Ford to have it checked. The week before when I placed the smart charger on the vehicle the battery showed 9.1v. I informed the service manager and he stated it was low. Then, two hours later I was informed the battery tested fine and if I had further issues I would have to contact the service department for more detailed testing. Apparently, when I called to make an appointment I was sent to the "Quick Service Department", disappointed to say the least.

Ya - if it made it down to that voltage - you likely had an intermittent drain event.
Parasitic draw.

If it's not a frequent notice you get - you got the Deep Sleep Mode notice as it was draining down.
9.5V is a cutoff for that.

But a charged up battery on a single incident can be just fine.
If that keeps happening though - then you'll have problems with battery eventually.

But true - that quick lane was probably a simple test. Which sometimes is enough.
The fuller test is a charge up - sit overnight - load test the next day after confirming it held charge overnight.

You said "Finally" went to dealership - so not the next morning after you trickle charged it?

Sounds like your charge held for how long then?

And yes - it is extremely not-fun trying to find a parasitic drain.
You have anything extra plugged into electrical system?
Even an open door leaving light on - is turned off within 75 min or sooner.
So it's not likely a simple thing.
