Because, assuming demand keeps up, the more options out there the better things are for the consumer -- including those who buy Mavericks
šŸ˜‚ again who cares.. not a Toyota fan… it may tickle other people’s fancy but not mine.. I know there are needs and wants, if I had a need it would not be a Toyota..

Toyota entering the market means more competition.

More competition means Ford works harder to get sales.

Ford builds better trucks to compete.

That's... that's why people care. It's pretty basic, my guy.

Toyota might launch something, but it won't compete on price with anyone.

It'll be like the Ridgeline.

1) If Toyota makes one...
2) If price is close to Mav's price...
3) If specs are similar...

I will go put my name on at the closest Toyota dealer offering at MSRP then head over to the Ford dealer to cancel my order order and get my refundable deposit back.

I'd buy a mini Ridgeline, I like the style of the newer ones, but it's too big for my every day use. But I can't see Honda OR Toyota making a mini anything AND pricing it competitively. I like Toyota, but the look of their Tacoma is really dated, I can't stand it. If they go small, it needs to be a radical new design.
