I’m really Liking my power rear window. In fact, I’m leaving it open all of the time. I wonder if any of the after market folks have thought of some type of screen, or preferably an outside hood that would keep rain from getting in when the vehicle is parked.

What's the benefit of having it open?? My air is always on this time of year.

Just an fyi, if you leave your rear window open and your bed isn't covered with a tonneau cover it will suck in debris from the bed to the inside of your cab.

I’m going to use 2 magnet strips from Harbor Freight with a framed piece of screen sandwiched between when my Maverick (eventually) arrives.

I buy these magnetic strips when they go on sale for $2.99. Great for organizing sets of sockets, screwdrivers, and other small metal tools.

I leave mine open a lot for my dog and always forget about it never had a problem, most rain comes down not sideways. Am sure I will get wet someday but have water proof seat cover for the dog, it should help.

Very funny. A glass cowl? Close the window and put on the air is a better fit. Anything else will look like a "stick-on".

I look forward to leaving my rear slider open as much as possible. It will help off-gas all the noxious fumes from the benzene and other chemicals that make a new car smell new.

I have never seen those so thanks! And good idea about saving mad scrilla when they go on sale.

How will you get them to stay on the window? Screws and glass don't mix well.
