Waited a long time for my Maverick and when I went to pick it up almost 2 months ago, it had a hold sale on it because of a trailer wiring problem which had nothing to do with the truck. At least the Hyundai dealer had a way to let the car go until the parts were available. Ford has no Idea or cares about this, I have called all the departments in their headquarters and all you get are a bunch of empty talking heads! I drove the Santa Cruz and compared to my Lariat in limbo, this is a better deal, warranty and service wise. I have had 2 Hyundai before and one problem that was reoccurring was in the trans. I got to meet the factory rep who was very knowledgeable and did resolve it at the dealer. Ford is not doing basic quality control on their vehicles. I have had a number of Ford trucks, got screwed on the 6 liter diesel, don't want to go down that rabbit hole disaster again. I ended my lease on a 2019 F150 believing I could drive away with a new Maverick. Ford just doesn't have any customer concerns. Hope you all do better
