@TreadAuto had a survey and give-away a short time ago on MTC. Lots of answers about what was important in selecting mats. Search this post for some good ideas.

I went with the LASFIT mats sold on Amazon for about $130 and I also bed the truckbed mat and tailgate mat as well. They provide excellent coverage and the fitment is perfect. Additionally, I did the complete led light package upgrade from LASFIT as well. I highly recommend there products as they fit my 2026 XLT Hybrid perfectly. Good luck

Good afternoon new Maverick owner here 26 lariat hybrid. Wondering if anyone had recommendations on rubber floor mats whether or not you should go through Ford or if they are just as good ones on Amazon, etc. that are cheaper? Thank you.
Funny thing; turns out Weather Tech mats from a MKVII VW GTI fir perfectly in a Ford Maverick.

Another vote for Husky. They fit perfectly and I like that they’re a softer feeling rubber rather than Weathertecs harder plasticky feeling.

I got the factory ones with both of my trucks, [came with truck] the only thing I don't like is the cutout under the gas pedal, I know ford thinks a safety thing, its hard to get the vac in their, otherwise they work.

The Mabett units are nice and tall, even covering the fuse panel on the passenger side, and entire dead pedal on the driver side.

I also have the factory mats and would not purchase them again. Coverage under the gas pedal is non-existent and that is where a substantial amount of debris accumulates. I actually added an additional piece of rubber there to eliminate the problem. There is substantial amount of clearance under gas pedal and most of the other mats I have seen are covered there. Doubt there is a safety issue myself.

Weather Tech floor mats are the way to go for me. I have them on my Ranger also front and back.

I have the Ford mats (the dealership threw them in for free) and while they are fairly good, I don't like the missing mat coverage under the gas pedal. Since I'm in a place where there is snow and slush some of the time, I have just put a microfibre cloth there and change it as necessary. I had Weather Techs in my Ranger for years and liked them despite them sliding around since they had no provision for attaching them to the floor.
You get what you pay for (and I didn't pay anything) so I'm not complaining. I think the tux mats look the best. I still have the carpet set, but have never used them.

I like my Husky mats. A lot like WeatherTech, without the premium price. Got mine from RealTruck, along with my Truxedo soft roll-up tonneau cover…
I also have the Husky mats and the front and rear liners were only $144.10 with tax from Summit Racing but IIRC they were on Sale when I bought them!!

If you don't use or need them ALL the time, buy cheap ones for when you need them and keep them somewhere where they ate not subject to cold or hot repeatedly. They all look like crap after a while. Stiff ugly rubber. I love carpet mats in my Lariat and only use rubber when l go somewhere like skiing, etc. Just put them over the carpet. Hate the feel and look.of every rubber mat i've ver seen. Shows every drop of dirt.
I am of a similar opinion. I bought Husky mats and Weathertech mats for previous vehicles and I don't think I'll get molded floormats again.

But I do prefer universal all-weather floormats versus carpet. Mostly cuz all-weather floormats are easier to shake clean and don't trap dirt and sand. Universal all-weather floormats are softer and easier to "taco" to get them in and out of the vehicle. They also eventually sorta droop and mold themselves vaguely to the floorpan shape. I've had the same universal all-weather floormats from Costco for like 200,000 miles across four different vehicles.

If you have time to wait for a review I just ordered a set from Mat UP. matup.ca . I can post my impressions once I get them. I love 3D maxspiders and have had them in my last to cars but I wanted something that was higher in the Maverick. They came out to 131.50 after shipping, duties and tariffs.

My vote is weathertech, I have had them in the past and if there is any issues you can talk live with a customer service rep, they have a lifetime warranty. I was impressed with mine for my 2026 maverick. Best price I received was from Tonneaucovered.com full set front and rear out the door was 200. They do no tax and free shipping.
