  1. Random Maverick Photos of the Day Thread! šŸ“ø

Found some time for a quick detail.
  2. Replacement Tire suggestion: Goodyear Wrangler territory HT

Only about 3,000 miles on the tires but so far I’m really liking the Goodyears.
  3. Why I bought a 25 Maverick Hybrid

Couldn't agree more with why I chose a 26 hybrid with AWD and 4K. Had a Ram 1500 which I loved but I wasn't using it's capability often enough to justify the cost of gas every month when it was mainly used to go from work and back. Also, realized one day that I was the only one in the vehicle...
  4. What's your Maverick hauling in the bed? [Photos Edition]

First ā€˜haul’ with my Maverick! Particle board and a few pavers. Handled it without an issue and averaged 39.2 MPG for the round trip. šŸ˜†šŸ˜†
  5. Rubber floor mats recommendations?

Another vote for Husky. They fit perfectly and I like that they’re a softer feeling rubber rather than Weathertecs harder plasticky feeling.
  6. Blackstone Labs Oil Analysis Comparison at 10k Miles

Definitely don’t think they would do damage and after a couple oil changes I’m sure the values would fall. I’ve been in to motorcycles since I was a kid and every brand new bike I’ve ever bought requires a break in oil change. So I do it with my cars too even though it doesn’t seem really...
  7. Blackstone Labs Oil Analysis Comparison at 10k Miles

Here’s my report from my oil change of factory oil just under 1000 miles. Should dispel some information about metals and other contaminants in the oil during break in. Someone mentioned that the filter catches it, as shown from my report there are metals that get by. Thought this might be of...
  8. Blacked-out Lariat side emblem.

    Looks good!!
  9. Door sill kit dress up installed

Normally not a dress up type of guy especially with ā€˜carbon fiber’, but gotta say these look pretty good. Adds a little flair when you get in and then it disappears. Advertised as real carbon fiber, not sure if it is, but looks really good anyways.
  10. [TESTERS WANTED] 2026 Maverick Fitment Study

    2026 XLT…interested.
  11. New here!

    Welcome Federico!
  12. Maverick is being returned to Ford, hopefully our part ex 2019 Silverado is still at ford to get back

No. Here’s AI answer In most cases, you cannot return a car you just bought, as sales are legally binding once you sign the paperwork. There is no federal "cooling-off" rule for auto sales. Your options depend on dealer-specific return policies (e.g., CarMax, Carvana), state-specific used car...
  13. Maverick is being returned to Ford, hopefully our part ex 2019 Silverado is still at ford to get back

Do you guys not understand that driving will increase the heat in the tire which will increase the tire pressure? Pressures should checked cold. If you adjust a hot tire to 38psi, it will be under inflated once it’s cooled.
  14. Maverick is being returned to Ford, hopefully our part ex 2019 Silverado is still at ford to get back

Pretty much. The truck they bought belongs to the bank, unless they paid cash for it. It’s not like you bought a TV at Costco, you just can’t return it. If it legitimately has issues they’ll need to be addressed by Ford through a dealer.
  15. Maverick is being returned to Ford, hopefully our part ex 2019 Silverado is still at ford to get back

The feeling I get is when lane keep is off. Thinks it’s just the steering feel of this truck compared to my Ram.
  16. Maverick is being returned to Ford, hopefully our part ex 2019 Silverado is still at ford to get back

Just picked up a 2026 XLT last month and I did notice a quirk with the steering at freeway speeds. Tends to walk a little bit…thinking alignment may need fine tuning but it’s not significant. Or it may just be me getting use to a vehicle with a shorter wheelbase than my previous truck. Haven’t...
  17. Blackstone Labs Oil Analysis Comparison at 10k Miles

Did my first oil change today at 900 miles. Sending a sample off to Blackstone also. Iā€˜ll post the report.
  18. First oil change 2025 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid AWD

Always strikes me weird when I hear, "the oil is fine I didn't see particles". We're talking parts per million as far as contaminants go. I agree that seeing very old oil is easy to spot and large chunks would be seen but there's more to it than that. A lot of info on the web but for me it...
