Thanks Terry for posting the link that Is exactly the documentation and photos RoadMaster provided me I plan to complete the installation within a few days after receiving the components and I will provide photos and any installation tip I find…
No problem. I'd be curious to see more pics after step #22 (re-attach ACC) to see better how the crossbar integrates.

I’ll make sure I take photos of that step - I was told not to unplug the ACC Radar when I move it out of the way or that could cause a issue I will take extra care during that process

Looks unchanged, probably because the original design doesn't interfere with the ACC. Instruction photos A and B are the front of a '25 Lariat after installation. The rest of the photos in instructions are of a previous model year. It does mention that you have took look out for the "sensor," presumably the radar. Still requires cutting away half of the shutter system.

I agree Dave I feel good about it - it’s seems to be less destructive than I thought it might be so I ordered it I won’t ever tow a trailer with mine and Florida is pretty flat which will be most of my driving so the shutter modification should have a minimal impact for me.

Seems like almost the same base plate as prior years, I agree pictures look the same, if that is the case I’m hoping the Demco plate will continue to work, I’m tempted to just pull trigger on 24 Demco baseplate for my 25 Hybrid XLT, it seems less destructive.

If you don't have the Adaptive Cruise Control, the '24 Demco should work fine.

I agree Kyle only thing is I doubt Demco will confirm the fit being they haven’t evaluated the 2025 Model Year yet I communicated with Verlin at Demco yesterday they have yet to get their hands on a 2025 but hoping to get one soon they are working with a local dealership- good luck

I've never thought the Roadmaster lower active shutter destruction would actually harm the truck, but it is a glaring excuse for various warranty denials/fights. I waited for the non-destructive Demco baseplate for my 2023. Hoping that Demco maintains that attitude for their 2025 version. I'll keep towing my non-AWD until it gets sorted.

I received a message back in response to offering to be the test dummy for the 2025 base plate Road Master says there is currently a 2025 Lariat in their shop as of last Monday. they expect to have the base plates to market within 4 weeks. I should get a message when they are ready and will post when I get the email or call
Thank you for the update! We would love to know when baseplate is available! We purchased our 2025 Lariat for flat towing. We received our truck in January and are anxiously waiting for the road master baseplate!

Are you doing your own install? Is it "non destructive"?

I'm thinking of doing the same with my Hybrid AWD, but I'll use mine for a receiver mount

Hey Ben I have a friend who owns his own shop so he and I will do the install we’ve done several on my other vehicles

The baseplate and other components are scheduled to ship from RoadMaster tomorrow and I will get this installed over the next few weeks

there is always some destruction this one looks to be very minor affecting the shutters but nothing that will impact the truck’s performance I’ll take photos when I get into it
