Retractable bumber step?

Has anyone tried to get a retractable bumper step from the F150 or Ranger to work on the Maverick? Or one from any truck?

That is why I want to see if it works. I have some mobility issues and would love an attached step to aid in getting in and out of the bed.

Totally agree. I need to be careful with my knees and it is just a safer option.

I need that for getting into the drivers seat. There’s a grip handle above the passenger door on the inside but not the drivers side. I can’t understand why they didn’t put one there.

I think they figure you can grab the steering wheel. Not the best for climbing up, however.

I just bought a one step stepladder from Harbor Freight and have it bungee corded in the bed. I too have a prosthetic knee issue.
