This happened to me but thankfully the man who did it left a note on my windshield wiper and his insurance is going to pay to repair the scratch and slight dent. I hope they match the paint perfectly.
I need that for getting into the drivers seat. There’s a grip handle above the passenger door on the inside but not the drivers side. I can’t understand why they didn’t put one there.
Well that’s not good. I just ordered touch up for cyber orange. It’s the tiniest spot right next to the plastic covering on top of the bed walls. Don’t know how it got there. I’m going to tell them when I pick it up if it doesn’t match exactly I want a refund.
If I leave it in D going down hills, I have to stay on the gas pedal or it slows down. Just not used to a hybrid. I always coasted down hills in my outback.
That would explain why one time while coasting down hill in neutral and I accidentally put it in reverse it didn’t mess up anything. Seeing the back up camera on screen is what made me realize what I’d done.
I’ve been wondering about that because I put mine in neutral going down every hill. Increases gas mileage but not sure how that effects the battery being charged.
I just dropped my mav off to be ceramic coated too. One of the salesman at Ford does it on the side along with doing everyone’s trucks that work there. He’s also going to put the letters on the tailgate I ordered along with a tailgate assist. All for $545. Can’t wait to see the results. It’s fun...
