Request- disable 30 minute max idle

I just got a 24 maverick hybrid lariat and found out that every time you turn on the vehicle 30min max idle gets automatically re checked in the box. I don’t see this posted anywhere else and this is going to become an issue for me come winter time. can someone figure out a way to disable 30 minute max idle permanently?

I don't my my Hybrid yet, so if someone wanted to test this out to see if it works on a Mav...I think this might be the way....

there's a police dark mode listed in the forscan master sheet. try enabling that and then see if the 30 min max idle stays off once you toggle it off.

Yep. That link I posted has a comment that says:

"In forscan, in the IPC config. You can disable auto idle engine shutdown, but it has a message attached that you must change one more thing in the BCM config. But it doesn't tell you what. Well after a little experimenting, it appears to be "police idle" that has to be enabled."

I don't have my Hybrid yet to test it, but it does seem to involve some of the "police" modes being edited.

i actually just read this thread now, I’m debating calling the dealer and seeing if they can just do it. If not I’ll have to hook up with my buddy who has for scan and dig into this. I appreciate your help and I’ll do a update follow up post to in this thread
