Recommended upgrades/modification for Maverick?

I'll be using my Hybrid Maverick XL for general use, camping, and towing.

Here's what I have so far

Where did you get your quote for the spray-on bed liner?

I put in LEDs for the cab bed lights, and they are a massive upgrade -- very bright and look amazing. For $18, it was a worthwhile upgrade (plus another $18 for the 3rd brake light). I'm planning to upgrade the rest of the rear lights to LED at some point.

The only consideration is that I put on a hard folding tonneau cover, so the extra light from the cab doesn't actually do much for the bed lighting unless I open the cover. I have the inside bed lighting package (Touchlink), which wasn't really worth the cost given what I've seen with the DIY options on here. I could actually use some LED strip lights in the bed instead.

Waiting for my Fordpass rewards to post up and then I will use some to get the tailgate damper. It is currently 20% off on the Ford Accessories web site. My local Ford dealer is holding one for me.

Why would you need winter tires in San Diego? All terrains would be a better choice.

I'd also cut some bed dividers for the flex bed using anywhere between 2 x 6 up to a 2 x 10 depending how high you want them. Also for cargo getting at least 1 or more ratcheting cargo bar will be useful for keeping camping gear in place.

You can get them elsewhere like Walmart and such for about the same price.
