Carry a 9mm wrench for battery negative terminal so you can reset the keyless touch entry. Getting old. Will have to visit dealer. Only fails on drivers side. Works on passenger door as a test when it goes out on drivers door. Anyone else take it to dealer and get anywhere with a repair? It’s minor, but I like the feature.

I have noticed a similar issue on my latest Mav. , built in April. Our first one, built in Oct. has worked flawlessly since we received it in Nov. 2021.

I’m hoping it was a one off and won’t re-occur, but we’ll see.

Supposedly there's a reprogram fix for it now instead of just enabling/disabling it in the dash settings.

2022 Maverick - Front Driver Door Can Not Be Unlocked Using Intelligent Access - Built On Or Before 13-May-2022

Some 2022 Maverick vehicles built on or before 13-May-2022 may exhibit a condition where the front driver door can not be unlocked using the intelligent access (passive entry feature). This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

I found just disabling and reenabling from the steering wheel menu fixed it for me the one time it happened.

But thanks for the heads up on the software update. I'll see if I can get them to do that while they do the heat shield recall.
