Rear window rubber seal

I noticed the passenger rear window seal looks like it is popping loose. I took a picture of the driver and passenger window seal for comparison. Anyone else experience this? Maybe, you should check as I certainly had overlooked it .

You might be able to silicone seal it with a little aquarium grade silicone you'd probably need a plastic clamp but i don't know how well that would work being where it is . No window seal problems on my side windows yet but my sunroof leaks. I think ford must've assumed the sunroof would leak at some point since there is a long drip tray in the back and what looks to be an absorbant foam tube in the front.

Try putting the upper tab back in place and tapping it back in place with the heal of your hand.

Yes, I've tried that without success. I do think the right sealant and a clamp would take care of it. Save the hassle with the dealer. Called one already and was told I would have to leave it, and she didn't know if I could get a loaner since she was just the schedule person.

There are hundreds or thousands of units with this issue. Mine included.

Were you able to get the dealer to deal with it? I noticed this as well after a few days of hot weather. I'm gonna call my dealer tomorrow but I was wondering about others experiences when bringing it up to the dealer.

I haven't taken it in yet. Still have not decided what dealer I want to use for service and repair.

Maverick weatherstripping leaves a lot to be desired. My dealer replaced the seal in question and the whole door unit and it didn't really fix the wonky install from.the factory. These seals just don't "sit" very well.
