Noticed this gap, or rather just a poorly put together seal in the driver's side rear door upper corner.
I don't know if it's something that might end up letting excess water go where it shouldn't. The seal CAN be easily pulled out with this being loose. Probably should take to the dealer. What does everyone think?

Wow, that is crazy. I searched the website about this topic before I made basically the exact same post. Didn’t see anything and by the time I went out to get my pictures and typed up my post — you must have beat me to it.

I DO have this same gap on both rear doors. Also wondered about the bottom seal of windows. Pics in my post below

Hi, did not see your thread until now, ... I started one as well on this issue. I have the same issue. Damn near the same pics too. I think it's a materials quality problem and the seal is shrinking. Still need to do the recall and when there will start the process. Being in Arizona I'm not worried about rust as much as I am with wind noise and water intrusion when it does rain. It's also visually unattractive.

Not trying to resurrect a dead thread, but my brand new 24 XLT has this same issue. What did you end up doing about it?

My 2022 has the same issue on both sides. Significantly worse on the passenger side.

Trim on both sides were replaced under the 3 year 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty.

I got it on my rear right door. A little. Not nearly as bad as yours. I shoved a plastic trim tool behind the door frame and the black plastic and it closed up. When I pulled the trim tool out it opened up again. It has probably always been there. I didn't even think it to be a problem until reading this thread.
