REAR BUMPER DENT

I got this one afternoon while out shopping, needless to say no note was left, not even an I sorry.
anyone know an easy way to push this dent back out?
yea I know it’s either really early or really late, just can’t sleep.

If that’s a rubber bumper cover try heating it carefully with a heat gun and massaging it out. Have not looked but would be great if you could get something behind the dent.

I have fixed worse looking dents in car bumpers with a 10-dollar Harbor Freight heat gun and a long-handled rubber mallet. Just be carful that you don't bring the heat gun too close as it can overheat the plastic so take your time and be patient. Other tools can be used like a rounded faced punch to help where the bolt actually made a protruding dent. I have been surprised at how some parts of the cars dents resumed near perfect shape after unlocking the main dent.

Heat gun, or near boiling hot water and then push it out from the inside/underneath if possible.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, you could always look into a local place that does PDR (paintless dent repair). Here are some pictures of a bumper dent I fixed on my friend's car.

Its the same hard plastic as the rest of the black trim. A little heat and a hammer piece of wiod would push that out. Hard part is rwmoving the bumper cover.
